How many days will it take to get my order?

If you live in Europe or the US, shipping usually takes 7 to 14 days. For other countries, it may take 15 to 30 days.

How long will it take for my order to be sent out?

Once we receive your order, we strive to pack and label it within 24 hours. Please note that models with over 5,000 pieces may take longer to prepare. After packing, your parcel is sent to a distribution center, which selects the fastest shipping method from trusted couriers to dispatch your order quickly. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an update with your tracking code.

Has my parcel been sent out yet?

After you place your order, your parcel will be prepared within 24 hours and sent to a distribution center, where it will arrive within 1-3 working days. Our team will choose the quickest shipping option to your address and dispatch your parcel on the same day. Once the courier picks up your order from the distribution center, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information and a link to track your order. If you haven't received this email after 4 working days, please contact us, and we'll provide your tracking information manually.

Questions regarding models and manuals

Are your models pre-assembled, or do I need to assemble them myself?

You will assemble the models yourself from the ground up. All necessary parts are included, along with some extras in case one gets lost under the couch! Just follow the provided manuals and enjoy the process!

What should I do if my order is missing parts?

If your model is missing parts—though this is very rare—please contact us. A team member will quickly arrange the necessary parts to help you resume your build as soon as possible! In most cases, you should receive an update your replacements within 72 hours that will be immediately sent to you.

Will I receive a paper instruction manual with each model?

No, some models come with electronic instructions that are sent to you via email after your purchase.
